Johnson City is in Tennessee, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Johnson City follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Had an easy, painless experience during a dark time. They even managed to add in a little humor to ease the mood, which I appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place, and Kristi, to anyone looking for great customer service during an already painful time.

I cannot say enough good things about Washington County Memory & Cremation Gardens. Kristi and the entire staff truly went above and beyond for our family during one of the most difficult times of our lives. While this is a business, they treated us like family. They took the time to walk me through every detail, explained all of our options clearly, and never once made me feel rushed, pressured, or overwhelmed. I had countless questions and emails, and they met every one with patience, kindness, and genuine compassion. In contrast to other companies we encountered that felt predatory and solely focused on money, this team was transparent, fair, and deeply committed to helping us make the best decisions for our family. Their pricing was extremely reasonable compared to others in the area, and they worked hard to ensure we received exactly what we needed without unnecessary costs. Their gentle care and compassion meant more to us than words can express. We have several family members laid to rest there and will absolutely continue to trust them with our familyβs services in the future. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Over the past several months, I have worked with the staff to complete some legal affairs for a friend and coordinate the internment of his wife. Every time the staff was kind, caring and well versed in explaining the details to my legal/procedural questions. They effected the internment smoothly with no problems and with heartfelt compassion. I know if I have any future concerns, they will take care of them. I also have family buried there and have visited the cemetery many times over the past several years. I always found it to be very well maintained with excellent upkeep. I consider this to be the best overall large cemetery in the area. I highly recommend they be considered and used for any needs one may have in this time of life.

Extremely disappointed with Washington County Memory & Cremation Gardens. After handling my grandmotherβs burial, my mother was repeatedly harassed with letters inviting her to events. Completely insensitive and unacceptable. I hate seeing her cry when she looks thru mail. Leave us alone!!!

Had my father laid to rest on July the 9th of 2024. It is now February 15th 2025 and my father still doesnβt have his plaque on his crypt that my parents purchased well over 25 years ago! He has been laid to rest for 7 months now and the family is not happy at all. This is totally unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you have already purchased a plot I would get your money back immediately and find else where

Don't buy a grave marker in advance from this cemetery. They are only guaranteed 10 years. My father had his put down about 9 years in advance, and it looked like it was 100 years old. It looks worse than stones 20 to 30 years older. I'm guessing that there was something wrong with the paint during that time. Everyone visiting this grave has commented on how awful the stone is. Cemetery has ignored all comments. Refinishing is an extra cost that looks like 1/3 to 1/2 of the original cost since someone didn't do the job they were supposed to do. And, what happens when they can't do any better? Cemetery doesn't back it. You may be better to go on your own! Cemetery is good, but wish I had checked to see if there was another options for stones. Their stone maker isn't good. I'm not happy at all with the stone. Buyer beware!
